LoonsOnline.com originated from Silver Direct, Inc., a New Hampshire based direct marketing agency. When wildlife photographer, Fred Martin came through our doors with hundreds of common loon pictures, owner Pam Coffill, already passionate about loons, immediately recognized and appreciated the time Fred took to get these once-in-a-lifetime shots. Together we decided to share this photography with you through LoonsOnline.com.

Our 2007 Loons Calendar

LoonOnline.com is about everything loons. We created this site in order to share photos and merchandise of these incredible birds. Not ducks, but truly remarkable birds that are in a class of their own. If you've ever camped in New Hampshire, Vermont or Maine, you may have heard the call of a loon (they actually have 7 different calls). It's an eerie yet beautiful sound … a sound difficult to describe, yet unforgettable once you've heard it.

Every photograph on our website was taken in New Hampshire by award-winning wildlife photographer, Fred Martin. In his retirement, Fred has spent hundreds of hours patiently waiting to take these exclusive photographs of these shy, incredible birds. Every print you order from LoonsOnline.com will always be an original print — not a copy.
